November 29: Harish Yadav is a bureaucrat, social activist, a writer and singer also. Young people all over the world have been inspired by him. He is multitalented person. He has 4 National and international records including Guinness Book of records.
Dr. Harish Yadav was born on the 1st September in Uttarakhand province in the sacred city of Rishikesh to Indian parents Azai Pal Singh Yadav and Puspa Devi. His father was a government official and his mother is a homemaker. His ancestral village is Nyora in sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh. He loves natural environment.
Harish completed his school at Kendriya Vidyalaya and IDPL Inter College, Virbhadra Rishikesh. He achieved MA in Economics from HNB Garhwal University, Srinagar. He has done M.Phil and D.Phil from Alagappa University, Tamilnadu. He has also been awarded D.Litt. Harish is a social Ambassador of Fit India Movement; Ministry of Sports. He has been awarded Honorary Doctorate in 2022.
From a very tender age, he was interested in poetry, acting, and singing. At an early age, he started writing poems and stories. His first published book is Yugdristha (Hindi-Poems). He also writes Urdu poems. He knows several languages. His various books published-Garden of Bliss (Poetry), Kham-e -Misga (Urdu Shayari). His book titled ‘I’ has the record of smallest title book in India book of records. His love inspired him to write poems. In his book Kham-e- Misga, there are various romantic poems that touched the heart. His album Khadi Geet was selected best lyrics in Indie Film Festival in 2022.
He loves photography and paintings. He also plays guitar in his free time. Besides being an Artist He also led social campaigns for youth empowerment and rural development such as -Save River, etc. He succeeded in the revival of rivers such as Rambha (Uttarakhand) and Mahawa (UP).His various suggestions have been adopted by Government. He has been awarded by Global Youth Leadership award in 2019 by the Prime Minister of Nepal. His friend Luz Maria, a Hollywood actress came to India in 2019 to meet him. He completed 3500 km expedition by road to aware public about self employment and upliftment of poor peoples.
According to him life is not destination but it is the beautiful journey and beauty is the stage of development of mind. We should work for humanity as the whole world is interrelated. His motto is – Live the life otherwise life leaves you.
